Brian O’Neill

A trained architect who designs client-acquisition systems and custom AI for insurance agencies and mortgage brokerages.

Brian trained and practised as an architect. When the firm he worked for went bankrupt, he saw first-hand how a business with skilled people and no system for winning clients can fail. He has spent the years since designing those systems, and founded Sore Thumb to build them for insurance and mortgage firms exclusively.

Writing
